by UPS or FedEx Ground. For overseas shipments, you must Contact us us for a quote
on the shipping cost. Most of our rugs are in-stock and will take approximately 7-10 business
days for delivery. Some rugs require an additional length of time. If there is any delay with your
order such as a backorder, you will be contacted by phone or email.
Otherwise, please expect to receive your shipment in 7-10 business days. |

Rug Link Outlet
offers a 30 day return/exchange policy with no restocking fees on any rug that
is smaller than 9'x12'. If you are not satisfied with your rug please notify us
by
email or call us : 1-704-921-0810 or toll free: 1-877-627-8479. We
will then provide you with a return authorization and instructions to ship the
rug back to us. Rug(s) must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days
from the date that was delivered. Please make your return request within 15 days
from the date of delivery. Return Shipping Charges are Customer's
responsibility.
Rugs 9'x12' or larger will carry 15% restocking fees of the purchased price. This is due to the high cost of shipping and handling of the large sizes.
Rugs must be returned in their original condition, wrapped properly in plastic. After we have received and inspected the rug, your money will be refunded to you
in full with no restocking fees.
An RA# (Return Authorization Number) must be obtained from us before any rugs can be returned/exchanged.
Rugs returned without an RA# will be refused and sent back to the sender.
If your rug initially arrives damaged or dirty, contact us immediately by email or phone. We will gladly arrange for its pickup and replacement at no charge.
Please note that the exact detail and colors may vary based on computer monitor's settings. If you are not sure of the rug's colors on your screen please contact us toll free and we will be glad to try and assist you with the color details.
No refunds/exchanges if customer was unable to return the rug(s) to the warehouse within 30 days from the
delivery date. Pads are returnable if they are unopened and in resalable condition. In case of a rug that came with a free pad was returned, The free pad must be returned for a full refund.
Samples, Custom-made rugs (production rugs), and Custom-made runners are non-returnable, unless there is a defect at arrival in which case we will be glad to provide a replacement of the same item.
If Signature was requested in order for the merchandise to be received, then it is customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery. If we ship a package to the correct address that has signature required status and no one was available to receive it or the package was refused, customer will be required to pay 15% of the total purchase price to cover the shipping and handling.
Our prices are the most competitive in the rug industry and we want to keep them that way. Therefore, we must limit the number of returns to two (2) per customer in 6 months period. This of course does not apply to rugs that are damaged upon arrival. In this case we will replace the rug at our expense to achieve the satisfaction of our customers. Please note that in the case of damaged rugs, picture of the damaged rugs maybe required to present to the manufacturer who shipped
the item.
